Who we are
BlueprintReview is made and sold by Jiaming Feng, a sole trader in New Zealand, trading as Eric Feng/DACE Productions ("we", "us"). Contact: support@efenggamedev.com.
Ordering
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
When you buy, Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase itself: payment, taxes, invoices and refunds. Prices are shown at checkout, with any sales tax, VAT or GST for your country. Paddle charges your payment method and sends the receipt.
What you buy
- BlueprintReview Pro: a licence for one person, active on up to two of their computers at once. It's a one-time purchase: there's no subscription, and it includes every update of the major version you bought (all of version 1.x).
- BlueprintReview Team: the same, for the number of seats bought. One key activates on up to that many computers at once, and the seats can move between people.
- BlueprintReview Lite is free. A new installation runs as Pro for a 14-day trial, without registration, so you can try it before you buy.
Your licence key appears on screen right after payment and is emailed to the address you gave at checkout. You activate it in the app, which needs an internet connection once per computer.
Using the software
Your use of BlueprintReview is covered by its licence agreement. In short: you may use it for personal and commercial work, on the computers your licence allows; you may not resell, share or crack licence keys; and the software is provided as is, without warranty, to the extent the law allows.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
Support
Email support@efenggamedev.com for help with the software or your licence: lost keys, moving a licence to a new computer, or invoices for teams. We aim to answer within two business days.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law of your country, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and the UK, or the guarantees of the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies. Otherwise, these terms are governed by the law of New Zealand.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed. A change doesn't affect a purchase you've already made.
