The app

BlueprintReview reads the files you open on your own computer. It doesn't upload them, and it doesn't collect usage data. When you use its Git or Perforce features, it runs git or p4 on your machine, which talk to your own servers as they always do. Its log file stays on your computer, in %LOCALAPPDATA%\BlueprintReview\Logs.

It connects to this site for two things only:

Purchases and licences

Purchases are made through Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment details, billing address and email to process the payment, taxes and receipts, under Paddle's privacy notice. We never see your card details.

From Paddle we receive your name, email and order number. We keep them with your licence key, and with the machine IDs and dates of its activations, to deliver the key, let it activate, and help you with it (for example, resending a lost key). The key itself is stored encrypted. This data is held in Cloudflare's database service. Your key is emailed to you through Resend, an email delivery service.

We keep licence records for as long as the licence exists, and order records as long as tax law requires. Ask at the address below to see or delete them; deleting a licence's records ends its activation.

This website

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. It's served by Cloudflare, which processes the technical data any web request carries (such as your IP address) to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.

The browser demo and the pull request viewer run in your browser. Files you open in them are read there and aren't uploaded. The browser demo needs no sign-in. While the pull request viewer is in private testing, signing in to it goes through Cloudflare Access, which receives your email address to send you a sign-in code. The pull request viewer also asks you to sign in with GitHub, so it can fetch the files of a pull request as you; that session is kept in an encrypted cookie for that purpose only.

The beta sign-up

The form on the home page stores the email address you enter and what you write about your team, and emails them to us, so we can send you the beta builds and ask you about them. It also keeps a one-way hash of your IP address, only to limit how often one place can sign up; the address itself isn't stored. Nothing is shared or sold. Ask at support@efenggamedev.com to have it deleted.

Email

If you write to support@efenggamedev.com, for example to join the beta, your address and message are kept to answer you and to send you the beta builds. Nothing is shared or sold. Ask at the same address to have them deleted.
