Refund policy

30 days, no questions asked

If BlueprintReview isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase and you'll get the full amount back. You don't need to give a reason.

The free 14-day Pro trial is there so you can try everything before you pay, but the 30 days apply whether or not you used the trial.

How to ask

Our orders are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which also processes refunds. Either:

• go to paddle.net and look up your order with the email you bought with, or reply to your Paddle receipt; or
• email support@efenggamedev.com with your order number or the email you bought with, and we'll arrange it.

The money goes back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

A refunded licence key is revoked: it can't be activated again, on any computer. BlueprintReview Lite stays free to use.

Team licences

The same 30 days apply to a whole Team purchase. To return some of the seats instead, write to support@efenggamedev.com.

Your statutory rights

This policy adds to, and doesn't limit, any right you have under the law of your country, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and the UK. See also our terms and conditions.
